WHAT IS THIS?
The goal of Captain Recovery is to create illustrative designs aimed towards motivating people who are spiritually, mentally and/or physically recovering in areas of their life. The purpose in the creation of these materials is to carry an uplifting, positive message to those in the midst of their struggles. Sometimes the messages may be humorous and other times, spiritual in nature. Designs will be printed on t-shirts, small posters, coffee mugs, and other miscellaneous items to be sold in local shops and online. 

Providing high quality materials, inspiring designs, and a great customer experience are the core of our values. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to hospitals and institutions that help struggling individuals in the New Orleans area.

WHY ARE WE DOING IT? 
We want to create an opportunity for those in recovery to share in their experiences and let others know that they are not alone. Although we all vary in sex, race, age and religion, we look past these differences and unite through our common problem. This is where we find our strength, this is why we are here. This is what the Captain Recovery Club is about! We recover in all areas of our life and we do get better.

WHY THE NAME "CAPTAIN RECOVERY?"

Well, remember back in the day, the dude in rehab that knew everything and was working the perfect program? Yeah, the guy with 30 days clean and was always telling you what you needed to do…well, we used to call him "Captain Recovery." So I sarcastically named this company after that guy for all his hard spent time focusing on everyone else instead of himself. 

Thanks dude! hahaha

DELIVERY POLICY: All orders from Captain Recovery will be delivered within 7 Working Days. Return Policy All our products are authentic, brand new and fully inspected before your shipment is dispatched. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us within 7 days of receipt. Due to reasons of hygiene, items worn are non-returnable. Any item returned to Captain Recovery must be: - Unused and in original and re-salable condition with any tamper-evident label still attached - No physical damages - With proof of purchase - Merchandise in original condition with all the manufacturers packaging. Please note that prior to return of any merchandise, the customer must inform us at [email protected] with the following information: - Proof of purchase - Your contact detail - Order number - Reason for return. We will review and respond accordingly. Customer should only send back the item upon receipt approval from Captain Recovery. If an item is returned without prior approval from us, we will not be able to refund the item. Please note that customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and sent via a trusted postal service or courier. Captain Recovery cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit. We will only refund upon receipt of the items and fully checked that items are qualified for return.
